Fit Cake identifies individuals among them who not only provide unbiased product reviews, but also spontaneously share positive brand impressions.<\/span><\/p>\n

Local testers become Fit Cake's natural ambassadors, promoting the tasty sensations and health benefits of the desserts on offer. It is their enthusiasm and authenticity that drives brand awareness and attracts new customers.<\/span><\/p>\n

The mystery shopper programme allows us to quickly identify potential problems and make improvements. We have standardised and developed production and sales procedures, but equally important is a reliable control system and raising standards. With a test, these issues can be quickly improved.<\/span><\/p>\n

The test results showed that Fit Cake excels above all in the quality of its products. Testers almost always give maximum marks in this category. However, there are areas for improvement, mainly related to customer service.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fit Cake actively responds to suggestions from mystery shoppers, leading to specific improvements and upgrades. For example, the introduction of the sweetener erythritol into the health-promoting range was the result of a suggestion from one tester. In addition, the programme identified a problem with the name of one of the desserts, resulting in an increase in sales when it reverted to the original name.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fit Cake plans to develop the programme and work with more and more anonymous testers and thus attract an even larger number of ambassadors.
